I'm not sure why everyone was worried about the bigger cars not fitting on the track. I bought this in person and it was VERY obvious other cars would not work on this track. That should be something taken into consideration when buying just about any racetrack in my opinion.My son asked for this for his 4th birthday and plays with it all day, every day. He sends cars down it, marbles, and just about anything round he can find. Perhaps the best present I've ever gotten him; usually he likes toys for about a half hour and never again, even when he picks them out. My only real complaint about this toy is the noise. It says two phrases...over and over and over. I'll be happy when the battery for that dies.

The track is too narrow

It would be so worth the money if you could use regular match box cars! My husband even removed those arch-ways in hopes that other cars would work. However, the track is so narrow that other cars get stuck when they come to the curves.My 4 year old has tons of cars and wants to race all of them, but can only use this track with the cars it comes with a maybe a couple other small cars he has.
