I got these for my 4 and 7 year olds. I guess they are a little too old for them. They weren't very impressed. The first one I got didn't work. I called the company and they sent out a new one right away. That one worked fine.

So, I needed one of these for Physics class. It works great for that. Classical mechanics to the max! I'd like to point out that the recommended age for these is 18 mo.+, so don't get them for your 7-year-old.The going rate is $5.00, so this is a bargain.ALSO, they're made completely out of tin. Where else are you going to find that?NB: They don't work too well on carpet.
