Did not work - waste of $

If your tube has a slight taper (where the opening is a little larger than the inner part of the tube), then this will not work. The mount works by expanding inside the tube and with an outward taper, it does not matter how tight you make it, it will pop out. A bad design.Now, if you have a reverse taper to the tube (smaller opening than the inside of the tube), then this would work ok. But, out of the 12 bikes I looked at (after discovering this problem), none of them had a reverse taper. In fact, all of them had a slightly larger opening like my bike.I even tried drilling holes through my tube through the mount, but that didn't work either.

Easy to install

You can't tell from the picture how to install this fender so I was a little hesitate to purchase one. Once I received it I found that installation was not only easy (took me about 10 minutes) but it would fit a number of fork sizes. It attaches to the hole in the bottom of the fork and a Allen screw secures it.I do a combination of street and dirt riding on my bike and this fender stays on even under the worst of conditions. Easy to clean and remove yet stable and keeps the dirt and debris off your face. I can recommend this product to anyone.
